Back in 2019, I was working with a local restaurant chain here in Yilan. Their ordering app kept crashing during dinner rush — exactly when they needed it most. The original developers had moved on, and the restaurant owner was stuck with broken code and frustrated customers.

That's when I realized there was a real gap in our market. Tons of businesses had mobile apps built, but very few had reliable ongoing support. So we started BrainyMindCore with a simple mission: be the team businesses can actually count on when their apps need help.
